Synth action lacks the level of resistance whatsoever as well as the keys spring back swiftly too. Semi-weighted keys would be the bargain – they’ve got much less resistance than full weighted ones and are not so quick to spring back compared to the synth ones.

Other determining factors involve how you may use the unit. If you’re always on the go then maybe a small portable unit might be for you.
