Yamaha Clavinova digital piano key’s sticking anyone know how to fix ?

My Yamaha clavionova keys are sticking and sometimes not playing at all. Someone said that this was a known defect in clavinovas and that Yamaha will replace them. This was a family gift to me and was bought in year 2000 well out of there warranty. Has anyone had any luck with getting this repaired. Either way if anyone knows how to get it fixed please let me know.

What could be happening is the glue under the keys that hold the weights could have melted and therefore causing the keys to stick, another cause could be something under the keys that stuck like a spring or plastic. Best thing is to either look on yamaha’s website and look for authorised service agents or call your local music store and ask them if they would look at it and see if they can fix it.
